Guest & Master Bathroom Remodel with Spa-Style Upgrades in Davis, CA 95618

Both bathrooms in this Davis home were fully gutted and rebuilt to match the elevated feel of the rest of the remodel. GVD Renovations stripped each room down to the studs and rebuilt them as two distinct experiences — a clean, walk-in guest bath and a spa-style master retreat — while keeping the material palette cohesive between them.

In the guest bath, the original tub was converted to a curbless, lineal-drain shower built on a HYDRO-BLOK waterproofing system and closed off with a frameless pivot glass door. A new vanity, tile floor, toilet, and Title 24-compliant exhaust fan with humidity sensor round out the space. The master bath was rebuilt as a full retreat: a freestanding soaking tub with floor-mount tub filler, a large custom-tile shower with tile wainscoting and a lineal drain, a frameless pivot shower door with a return panel, a new extended vanity, and fresh tile flooring throughout.
