Anlin is a California vinyl window and door manufacturer headquartered in Clovis, near Fresno. It was founded in 1990, builds its products in the USA, and is now part of MITER Brands.
Because Anlin designs for California, its glass packages are built around hot inland summers like ours. Anlin also reports recycling more than 600,000 pounds of vinyl a year.
Anlin's current window lines are Del Mar, Catalina and Coronado, and the right one depends on your wall depth and how much glass you want to see. All three are vinyl and carry the same warranty.
| Series | What sets it apart | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Del Mar | Foam-filled frame chambers, fiberglass-reinforced inserts, Sound Package standard | Top energy and noise performance |
| Catalina | Anlin's original, most popular line; many upgrades | Most whole-house replacements |
| Coronado | Deeper frame for hung, slider, casement, awning, bay, bow and garden styles | Matching operable units to Del Mar or Catalina |
Del Mar and Catalina both offer two frame looks: Even Sightlines, where every frame edge looks the same width, and Maximum View, a slimmer profile for more glass. Anlin's warranty also still names a Panoramic series, a narrow-frame design; we will tell you at the estimate which configuration fits your openings.

For most Sacramento homes, Infinit-e or SunMatrix glass is the right starting point, with SunShield for the hottest west-facing walls. Anlin offers five glass packages, each tuned to a climate.
| Glass package | Low-E layers | UV blocked | Anlin's climate fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Infinit-e (standard) | 3 | 95% | All climates |
| SunMatrix | 4 | 99% | Warm to hot |
| SunShield | 3, blue/gray tint | 98% | Hot |
| CoolShield | 2 | 86% | Mild |
| Luminance | 1 | 71% | Cold |
Two add-ons matter here. QuadraTherm is an extra coating that holds winter heat in, and it lowers the U-factor. The Sound Package cuts outside noise by up to 50% compared with typical dual-pane windows, according to Anlin.
Under the 2025 Title 24 Energy Code, replacement windows in Sacramento's Climate Zone 12 need a U-factor of 0.27 or lower and an SHGC of 0.23 or lower (replacing 75 square feet or less allows 0.40 and 0.35). In Anlin's 2024 brochure, some argon-filled packages sit right around 0.27 to 0.29 on their own and drop to about 0.25 with QuadraTherm.
That is why we check the NFRC rating of the exact series, glass and size before ordering, rather than assume any package passes. Our Title 24 window guide explains the rules.
Anlin's Limited Double Lifetime Warranty covers parts, vinyl, the insulated glass unit, hardware, labor and freight for covered repairs, for as long as you own and live in the home. It also covers accidental glass breakage, which most window warranties exclude.
Transferable once: if you sell, coverage passes to one subsequent homeowner, and it does not transfer again after that.
Screens: covered for manufacturing defects only.
Conditions: the product must be properly installed and maintained, and restrictions apply.
Read the current terms on Anlin's warranty page before you sign any quote.
Anlin windows typically run about $700 to $1,250 or more per window installed in Sacramento, depending on series, size, style and glass package. That sits above a basic vinyl window, which typically runs $500 to $600 installed, because of the upgraded frame and glass.
The opening count, any stucco or trim repair, and add-ons like QuadraTherm or laminated security glass move the total more than the series does. Our proposal lists every opening, so the price you approve is the price you pay.
Replace for fogged glass, drafts, cracked frames or broken locks. If your windows still open, seal and look sound, you can wait.
Most Sacramento homes get one of three installation methods, and we choose after inspecting your frames at the estimate.
Insert (pocket) replacement fits inside the existing frame, so your interior trim stays.
Flush-fin retrofit uses a flange that covers the old frame, which is why it suits stucco walls without cutting stucco.
Full-frame replacement removes the old frame to the studs, so we can fix rot or failed flashing.
Our guide to retrofit vs new construction windows goes deeper.
Anlin is an all-vinyl window, so it suits homeowners who want low upkeep and strong energy performance at a lower price than wood or composite. Vinyl never needs paint and resists chipping and peeling.
If you want a wood interior or a clad exterior, look at Andersen instead. We are also an Andersen Certified Contractor, so we can quote both; see our Andersen windows in Sacramento page. Against old aluminum frames, vinyl conducts far less heat, as our vinyl vs aluminum windows comparison explains. For other vinyl options we install, see vinyl replacement windows.
We measure every opening and inspect the frames at a free in-home estimate.
You get a detailed fixed-price proposal listing series, glass package and options for each window.
We order your windows custom-made. Lead time is typically 8 to 10 weeks, or 10 to 12 weeks for custom orders, not counting delivery.
We handle any required permit.
Our own crew removes the old windows, sets, levels, flashes, insulates and seals each new unit, then trims the interior.
We clean up and walk the job with you, and one project manager stays your contact throughout.
We are an Anlin Certified and Authorized Dealer and an Andersen Certified Contractor.
We are family-owned, hold California contractor license #989637, and carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance.
We hold strong ratings across hundreds of verified reviews on Google, Yelp and other platforms, plus an A+ from the Better Business Bureau. Read them on our customer reviews page.
You can compare Anlin frame and glass samples at our Rocklin showroom, 6848 Five Star Blvd #6.
Combo, senior and military discounts are available, plus up to $750 off new vinyl windows. Financing comes through third-party lenders; checking eligibility does not affect your credit score, and approval, rates and terms depend on credit.
